Content Strategy by Connect
Content-first overhaul
We designed a 12-month content plan to fill the gaps in the site’s information architecture. This included:
- New resource pages and a detailed “how to order” guide to educate users on the order process and silk options.
- Regular blog content addressing industry topics, fabric types, production methods and buyer questions, building trust, relevance and SEO depth.
- Optimised and expanded service landing pages and catalogue pages to ensure every page had enough relevant content to be indexed properly and serve user intent.
Technical SEO & Usability improvements
We worked to ensure the site was crawlable, clean and user-friendly: fixing technical and structural SEO issues, refining navigation and improving on-site usability and conversion flow, particularly around contact/enquiry forms and product catalogue access.
Conversion-focused UX & persuasion signals
To support lead generation (not just traffic), we added human-centred touches: photography to show staff and warehouse operations, transparency about their supply chain and fabric offering, and clear “how to order” information, making the business feel more accessible and trustworthy to prospective buyers.
